Brand Evolution
Tik is an educational community boasting thousands of active users. Over a span of 3 years, we meticulously crafted the application, website, and associated content for this brand. Our primary objective was to curate a conducive environment and a compelling image tailored to the needs of students.
Using latest design trends
Due to the nature of this educational group and the registration of users in one-year courses, every year after the final university entrance exam, the appearance and design of all products were completely changed and the most up-to-date design trends were used for new products.
Among the products that were designed and implemented for Tik, the following can be mentioned:
TikClass App
This Android application was originally designed with the aim of participating in Zoom online classes for students. Our team made major changes to the Tik application by redesigning, rewriting and improving the code from scratch.

The main parts of this program include:
– Registration and authentication using sms
– Participation in online classes with a capacity up to 1000 people
– View offline videos of previously held classes
– Online store to buy courses and lessons
– Exams within the program to check the status of students
– Designing a dedicated video player for the program with special features
– Improving the performance of the program to run on all versions of Android
– High security to prevent video recording of classes

content security
According to the client’s request, the security of classes and course videos was one of the most important priorities. Before the program was rewritten, the check system was used based on the IMEI of the phone, but due to the security limitations of Android in the new versions, this system encountered problems.
Based on the investigations carried out by our team, a special system was created to log into the application (notification of suspicious logins) as well as security checks on the phone to check the root, etc., so that it is not possible to record the screen in any way.
Dedicated video player,
with special features
Viewing online videos of classes was an important part of the user experience in this application. We designed a dedicated video player according to the needs and preferences of users.
The features of this video player include compatibility with Android 4, bookmarking different parts for each video, good performance even with weak internet and high security to prevent video recording.
Brand design and visual identity
The two major training courses of this training group included the “6D course” and the “jet course”. Each of these courses included products (physical and online content) to present. We tried to make each course better than the previous year while maintaining its visual identity.

Logo design and redesign:

The logo of the 6D course was designed based on the name and nature of the course, in the form of a cube with 6 colors and the use of the number 6 (in Persian) in the middle.
Two years later, this logo was updated according to the current trends. Also, the Jet Course logo was redesigned accordingly.
Different subjects were taught in Tik. In each course, a special character or symbol was considered for each lesson. These characters were used in applications, websites, book covers, etc.


A website to start with
One of the first steps taken in Tik is the launch of a website to introduce the collection. In addition to this, the blog section was created to include the articles of teachers and consultants of the collection.
An online store was established to sell books and some services. An SMS system was created to automatically notify orders within the collection.
In addition to selling physical goods, the system for selling virtual products (such as subscription content) was also created on the website.
Due to the nature of the classes and to prevent the feeling of duplication of services, the appearance of the website was completely updated every year and with the start of each new course.

This was a long-term project between the ABYX and Tik team. In addition to the mentioned activities, we carried out many other tasks, including graphic design, UX improvement, etc. Finally, after several years of cooperation, this partnership ended due to management changes.
